GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel Summit 2026

1. Registration

By registering for HOTEL SUMMIT 2026, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

Registration must be completed within the deadlines specified on the official website. By registering, the participant agrees to pay the applicable registration fee.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The Organizer collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

The registration fee is subject to VAT in accordance with the applicable laws of the country where the event is held. In Croatia, the VAT rate is 25%. The Organizer reserves the right to apply any changes in tax rates.

2. Registration Fees and Payment

The registration fee is determined based on the date of payment and applicable pricing periods (e.g. Blind, Early Bird, Standard, Last Minute).

Discounted prices apply only if payment is made within the specified period.

If payment is made within 48 hours prior to the Event, proof of payment must be presented at the registration desk.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations in case of non-payment.

3. Registration Fee Includes

  • Full access to all conference sessions, keynotes, and panel discussions
  • Curated networking opportunities
  • Coffee breaks throughout the event
  • Welcome cocktail (Oct 14)
  • Dinner and evening party (Oct 15)
  • Curated social and entertainment activities
  • Access to the official event app for networking and meeting scheduling

4. Registration Fee Does Not Include

  • Accommodation
  • Lunches

VAT is not included in the published registration fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation by the Organizer

In case of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (including but not limited to force majeure, legal restrictions, or other unforeseen events), the Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event date, location, or format.

The Event may be held in physical, hybrid, or online format.

If the Event is cancelled, the Organizer may:

  • reschedule the Event, or
  • offer participants the option to transfer their registration to a future edition or receive a refund

The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g. travel or accommodation).

6. Cancellation by Participants

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing
  • Cancellation received by August 1, 2026: full refund
  • After August 1, 2026: no refund is possible
  • No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance
  • In case of double or overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded after the Event
  • For online payments, transaction fees (up to 3%) may be deducted

Participants may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying the Organizer in writing no later than 5 days before the Event.

7. Program Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, schedule, or format of the Event.

Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund or reduction of the registration fee.

8. Non-Use of Participation

If a participant does not attend the Event or does not use any part of the services included in the registration fee, this does not entitle them to any refund or compensation.

9. Liability

The Organizer will take reasonable care in organizing the Event but shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including travel or accommodation costs.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Participants agree to comply with any health and safety measures required by the Organizer or local authorities.

10. Media and Data Usage

The Event may be photographed and filmed. By attending, participants agree that such materials may be used for promotional purposes.

Participant data (name, company, position) may be shared within the Event environment (e.g. event app) to enable networking.

Participants may request exclusion of their data by contacting the Organizer in writing.

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to:

Complaints must be submitted within 5 days after the Event.
The Organizer will respond within 5 working days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law.

All disputes arising from or in connection with the Event shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for HOTEL SUMMIT 2026, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
