Andrej Sovrović is a member of the Executive Board of Delta Holding and General Manager of Delta's hotel business. With an academic background in Political Science from University College London (UCL) and International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE), Andrej began his professional journey at Delta Holding through the Young Leaders program, quickly rising through the ranks and gaining cross-sector experience that shaped his strategic and operational perspective.
Since 2022, he has led the Delta Hospitality sector, overseeing a portfolio that includes Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Radisson Collection Hotel Old Mill Belgrade, Hotel Indigo Belgrade, and InterContinental Ljubljana. In parallel, he serves as Cluster General Manager for IHG Hotels & Resorts, overseeing brand alignment and operational standards across IHG properties within the portfolio, with a strong focus on innovation, expansion, and elevating service standards.
His leadership is defined by a forward-looking approach to hospitality — strengthening overall business performance, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring long-term growth and competitiveness in an evolving global market, while fostering a strong organizational culture and prioritizing employee engagement and satisfaction as key drivers of success.
