Accor
Dilek Sezer is Senior Development Director for Accor's Premium, Midscale & Economy brands in South-Eastern and Central Europe. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is responsible for driving the expansion of Accor's portfolio of hotels, aparthotels, extended-stay properties, and branded residences across 12 countries in the region.
Before moving into development, Dilek held several senior operational leadership roles in the United Kingdom, including Multi-Site General Manager and Area General Manager. She began her career following engineering studies in Turkey and is a graduate of the International Hotel Management Program (IHMP) at ESSEC Business School.
Outside work, she enjoys reading, podcasts, supporting environmental and charitable initiatives, and discovering new cuisines.
