Josipa Jutt Ferlan is a senior hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience in hotel management, development, investment, and brand strategy. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles overseeing hotel operations, business development, financial performance, and the development of internationally branded hotel projects.
Over the past several years, she has played a key role in expanding a Hilton-branded hotel portfolio in Croatia, contributing to the development and positioning of multiple properties across different Hilton brands. Her experience spans hotel acquisitions, greenfield developments, renovations and conversions, pre-openings, and the long-term strategic management of hotel assets.
With a strong understanding of both the operational and investment sides of hospitality, Josipa brings a practical perspective on how international hotel brands can create value for owners, investors, guests, and destinations. Her expertise includes strategic planning, hotel development, brand positioning, operational performance, contract negotiations, and asset value creation.
