Lior Bebera is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years of international experience across four continents and 12 countries.
Having begun his career with a hotel management apprenticeship in Germany, Lior built his expertise from the ground up, developing a deep operational understanding of the industry. Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized companies such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Radisson Hotel Group, and Meliá Hotels International.
His career spans all key areas of hotel operations — from Rooms Division and Food & Beverage to Commercial Strategy and Executive Leadership — giving him a uniquely holistic view of what drives performance in hospitality. Lior is particularly recognized for his ability to step into complex and challenging environments, successfully repositioning underperforming hotels, leading pre-openings, and acting as a strategic "firefighter" for properties in need of decisive turnaround and direction.
Driven by a passion for excellence and people, Lior founded his own company, The Stay Collection, to extend his expertise beyond individual properties and support hotels and organizations in unlocking their full potential.
