Simon Court is a founder, an author and a leadership coach. For more than twenty-five years he has worked with founders, chief executives and leadership teams across hospitality, entertainment, technology, travel, publishing, health tech, insurance and venture capital — private businesses, venture and private equity backed, and publicly owned, from start-ups through to reinvention. The cultures span the globe.
In hospitality he has worked with five-star properties in Croatia, the Maldives, Bhutan and the United Kingdom, and with Egnazia Group on the question of what is scalable beyond Borgo Egnazia itself. He spoke at the 27th Croatian Congress of Hoteliers on leadership in hospitality.
He also helped transform Miniclip into a spectacular success story and contributed to creating one of Germany's first technology unicorns, Tipico. Both became billion-dollar businesses.
Simon works with CEOs and their teams, first to understand the challenge, then to help the team address it — building leadership teams, developing growth strategies, and creating organisations that can move with pace and conviction. His book, Founder's Legacy, distils fifty lessons from that work.
