Stefan Catic is a hospitality advisor and deal specialist who turns complex project ideas into clear, executable concepts. With experience across hundreds of projects in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, he brings a strong international perspective to discussions on the future of hospitality.
His work focuses on connecting the right partners — investors, operators, and brands. Each year, he leads around 60–70 operator selection processes and has structured and closed numerous agreements with leading hotel groups and innovative lifestyle brands.
He also acts as a strategic sparring partner for hospitality groups on expansion strategy, brand positioning, and new concept development — combining economic logic with creative thinking.
