Lošinj Hotels and Villas
Born in Kotor and starting his career in Dubrovnik, Zoran Pejović built his path across California, China, and across the seas before finding his home in Split. He holds a degree in Hotel and Resort Management from RIT and an MS in Leadership and Service Innovation, bringing over 25 years of experience across three continents to every project he takes on.
As Advisor to the Management Board for Strategy & Development at Lošinj Hotels and Villas, he supports board-level direction on commercial performance, brand direction, and long-term strategic positioning across one of Croatia's most significant hospitality collections. Through Paradox Hospitality, he works in parallel with owners and developers building responsible luxury projects, guiding them from first concept through to global positioning and communications.
His early career took him to Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro, one of the most storied properties in the Aman portfolio, where he developed a deep understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality at its most refined. He went on to become the person behind Maslina Resort on Hvar, from first concept to global recognition — shaping its hospitality philosophy, brand identity, and positioning into a Relais & Châteaux member on the Condé Nast Traveller Hot List. He also served as consulting lead for Villa Nai 3.3 on Dugi Otok, a Leading Hotels of the World member and the only three-Michelin-Key hotel in South East Europe.
A thinker who operates at sea level, not city level, he holds a central conviction that hospitality has moved beyond the experience economy into something genuinely transformational — and he builds every project around that belief. In 2026, he became founding President of The Hoteliers Club, the first professional community of its kind for hotel managers across the Adriatic. Off the clock, he is a wine expert working closely with esteemed Dalmatian winemakers, a committed cigar connoisseur and Global Ambassador of Cigar Club Mareva, and — by his own account — almost a Buddhist.
